It’s quintessentially ’80s mall clothes — AND it’s got a goofy hem, to boot. But she really does have an incredible knack for making everything seem breezily effortless and perfectly of-the-moment. We’re not a hundred percent on the skirt, but we love the jacket and adore the shoe choice. Pumps would have definitely given it too much of decade-specific feel, but this comes off fresh.
