Duchess Kate stepped out in a cute little re-wear to talk about early childhood development. In fact, we’ll just turn the explaining over to the Cambridges’ exceedingly efficient social media team:

She wore this same dress in the Before Times but we barely got a glimpse of it under her coat at the time. It’s a cute, relatable (very much a new focus in the Duchess’s royal style), working woman’s uniform of a dress. Not that all working women wear this on the regular; just that this style has been affirmed as business-appropriate in a million movies and TV shows going back four decades. It’s a classic at this point. The gray pumps are an exceedingly safe choice, but they’re appropriate for the visit and venue. She looks great. It’s very much a “Let’s all head back to the office” sort of thing.
