LOVE the boots. Let’s get that out of the way first. And if the bottom half of the dress had been as promising as the top half, we’d be loving this look. But wow, do we hate that bottom half. We’re not fans of tulip hems in any case, but that thick white trim running up to an upside-down heart is a terrible design element.
And you should all be very proud of us for not making the easy, vulgar joke about that design element really looks like. Sorry, Flo. This one’s not working.
