We don’t know what Caliwater Escape even is, but it appears to be some sort of product launch in the Mojave desert and Vanessa Hudgens is there, working some high fashion looks. That’s enough for us. Okay, well. She’s working the shit outta the garment, we’ll give her that. We kinda don’t think this sort of outing really calls for the usual sorts of style critiques. For one, she’s in the desert selling cactus water (which she co-owns, evidently). For another, she’s dressing for maximum press coverage. It’s a goofily designed frock but it looks pretty interesting in pictures and her makeup’s kinda fun. We like the gauzey breeziness of the dress, but the satin trim takes it a little Star Trek.
