Elisabeth Moss has another really dark and intense-looking project coming out and she’s marking the occasion by wearing something insanely bright to the Tonight Show. That’s probably smart, because if she did the theme-dressing thing to promote her work, she’d always be stuck in the darkest, most depressing outfits imaginable. Having said that…
Ooof. Girl.
We’re not opposed to the idea of her wearing bright and bold colors, but this orange is really harsh and we don’t think it flatters her all that much; not under these lights. It doesn’t help that the suit is shiny, which reads as cheap on camera. And it REALLY doesn’t help that she chose to match the bustier and the shoes to it. Lady, you needed some contrast here. Actually, what you really need to do is keep the shoes, throw everything else out and start over. Also: pay someone to do your hair, for Pete’s sake.
Damn, girl. Maybe try a rom com next time? A little superhero flick, maybe? Something with a Disney logo attached?
