As a corrective to our previous, rather drearily dressed post subject, here’s Queen Helen of the sovereign nation of Fuckinfantastica looking, well… fantastic.
We’re not entirely convinced on the shoes – although they are really cute – but we absolutely love how well coordinated everything else is. You might think turquoise earrings, a teal bag and a lavender manicure aren’t needed for a bold pink and yellow ensemble, but we think she’s smart and correct to lean all the way into as many colors as she can handle. It’s fun and chic and full of personality. It takes a great picture and we love the layering and drape of the wrap dress/cape combination. Just a really appealing, focus-pulling ensemble that looks great on her. All of those colors might not work as well in a real world setting, but they’re great for a photo opp.
