Did you miss PART ONE? How DARE you?! Don’t even think of scrolling down until you’ve judged the first half of this rundown!
Amber Ruffin in Jean Louis Sabaji
Personally, we don’t think the clear hassle of wearing all that fuss is worth the payoff.
Carey Mulligan in Dior Couture
She’s back to her old shimmery neutral tricks. The dress is pretty, if a little low-key. Did we mention that tacky sandals are back?
Dominique Jackson in Pamella Roland
Hair, dress, and bag all perfectly matched without looking too matchy. What sorcery is this?
Elizabeth Olsen in Armani Privé
Very “Scarlet Witch.” We guess she’s on the cosplay trend too.
Emilia Jones in Louis Vuitton
We don’t particularly love how these three textiles are blocked out, but it’s a pretty gown.
Halle Berry in Dolce & Gabbana
Girl, we guess so. It’s hard to argue that this looks bad on her, but that suit is too sweet for that stale bustier.
Issa Rae in Carolina Herrera
This is really pretty, combining boldness and tweeness in a way that’s perfect for her.
Julianne Nicholson in Dolce & Gabbana
It’s pretty, but a little too basic for the hassle of a D&G label.
Kathryn Hahn in Christian Dior
Love the design, hate the textile.
Kristen Wiig in Rodarte
This is completely insane and we hope this sort of red carpet cray continues for at least the rest of the year. It’s awful, of course, but so ENTERTAINING.
Kristin Chenoweth in Pamella Roland
It hits that sweet spot of glam and cutesy that’s perfect for her and it’s a streamlined design, which is something she needs to embrace more often.
Mandy Moore in Elie Saab Couture
It’s not our favorite style of gown but we’d like it with either a more or less defined shape. In other words, with a design like this, go full caftan or get something with a defined waist.
Maria Bakalova in Balmain
That is one of the worst cutouts we’ve ever seen.
Melissa McCarthy in Figue
Really cute. Love the pops of gold in the textile.
Nicole Byer in Christian Siriano
Just perfectly suited to her personality. Look at how much she loves this dress.
Rita Ora (in Elie Saab Couture) and Taika Waititi
We’re still having a hard time accepting these two as a couple. He looks spectacular. She looks gorgeous, but that dress design is hellaciously tacky.
Sonequa Martin-Green
WHY? WHY THOSE SLEEVES? We’re not even forming full sentences here we’re so annoyed. That is just the worst sleeve length. We dub it Satan’s Sleeve. Way to ruin a gorgeously simple dress. She looks amazing despite them.
