Sahil Khattar is one of the most talented, humorous and entertaining anchors and performing artists in the Indian entertainment industry. He made YouTube look cool at a time when the popularity wasn’t like how it is today and he certainly deserves a lot of praise for the work he has done in Being Indian channel. He was last seen in the blockbuster movie ’83’ and he certainly received some amazing feedback after the release. During an exclusive chat with IWMBuzz, Sahil shares some of his fashion choices. What is style for you in one word?
Comfort.
Favourite item in your wardrobe?
Boxers. “Ek baar hum boxers pehen ke 5-star hotel chale gaye thee,
just to have dinner just aise hi. It was one of those ideas ki chalo kar ke dekhte hain. So it turned out to be very funny as everyone was staring. (ROFL)
What style makes you feel sexy?
Linen pyjamas teamed up with a nice, really flowy check shirt and just nice slippers, chappals, flip flops. I guess that’s semi-casual, but that would be really sexy.
Your fashion inspiration?
Well, it is my mindset. How I feel that day, that is what I am going to wear. At times, it’s Ranveer Singh while at times, it’s as simple as Shah Rukh Khan. So, I think I oscillate between crazy and regular.
What would be your ‘Dress to Kill’ for a perfect date?
So, there are two things that can be done. Denims are common in both. A nice plain t-shirt and a jacket. By jacket, I mean a casual jacket or denims. Also, really nice shoes and a well fitted check shirt, goes really long way.
Jackets or hats?
Jackets.
Sweatshirts or shirts?
Sweatshirts anyday. It’s like during a lot of heat, shirts and when it’s unbearable, no shirt works best. (Chuckles)

Western.

Fashion advice to fans?
Please do not look at somebody and wear clothes. Just wear clothes that you think are going to make you feel really really nice, comfortable and you really feel great about. Style is a very personal thing. If you really look at other people and copy, then it’s not personal at all. It doesn’t have uniqueness and you’re not going to shine. So, if you really want to do that, please be yourself and let everybody else be themselves.
