A duchess, a princess and a queen walk into a palace. Stop us if you heard this one before.
The Duchess of Cambridge continued her brief tour of Denmark this morning, paying a visit to Crown Princess Mary and Queen Margrethe as a sort of joint recognition of Margrethe’s Golden Jubilee occurring in the same year as Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum. Royal coat action was served:
Just a couple of future queens, walking the cobblestones in stilettos. Cathy’s coat is lovely, if a little sober for the occasion. Mary’s is far more stylish and while we don’t think black tights were necessary for the look, they do give it a bit of punch that Kate’s fashion sometimes lacks. Hey, remember when everyone said Meghan was violating royal protocol by wearing black, which so many people insisted was only worn at funerals by royals? Fun times.
Love the exuberant bow and sensible footwear. We wonder if they had a nice talk about how much the plumbing sucks in their drafty castles.
