Like Lily Collins before her, Jessica Chastain hit the Ellen set in a bright, focus-pulling outfit; the kind of look we absolutely want to see in our celebs when they’re promoting something at this time of year.
To be blunt, this is more of a sitting-down look than a stand-and-pose one. The colors look fantastic on her, but we don’t love the shape of the shorts or the outrageously fussy sleeves. Going by her body language, it doesn’t look like she loves them all that much either. But fussiness or shapes aside, it couldn’t be more perfect for a sit-down chat on a set that practically demands colorful, focus-pulling ensembles, across from a host who absolutely never wears them.
We are going to be so pissed if Omicron robs of the red carpet event this movie demands.
