Hailey discussed her ever-evolving cosmetics and skincare regimen, as well as how she’s utilizing seclusion to spend quality time with her husband, Justin Bieber, in a new interview with Allure. In doing so, the model revealed how she manages her mask-induced acne, which many of us have been dealing with since the outbreak began.
We’ve seen Hailey in a number of face masks over the previous few months, ranging from Drew House’s reusable fabric covers to single-use medical masks. We haven’t seen her break out yet, and she credits it to twice cleaning and keeping her skin as makeup-free as possible beneath the masks.
“Double cleaning was one of the things I started doing in quarantine that really transformed my skin a few [of] months ago,” Hailey told Allure. “Double cleaning has completely transformed my life.”
Lip-tint products are usually both transfer and smudge-proof, which is a helpful attribute. The goal of these products, which are commonly available as a liquid, cream, mousse, or gel, is to be quick-drying and non-stick so they may be absorbed more easily and leave that coveted stain. We may apply our lip color over a lip balm even if our lips are dry and cracked. Because a mask covers half of the face, a tint on the cheeks keeps the product intact, while a tint on the lids stops the product from creasing.
Double washing, which has become increasingly popular owing to K-beauty, usually starts with a non-rinse cleanser that gently wipes away any debris and excess oil on the face. The second stage is to use a gentler cleaning since we don’t want this two-step approach to be overly harsh to the skin.
