Regina King and Tiffany Haddish wore the spotlight dresses, but the rest of the red carpet at the premiere of The Harder They Fall offered more than enough fashion. Some came in drag, some came in high style, and some kept it casual, but no matter what style the stars chose, they’ve all got to come in for some good, old-fashioned judgment of their choices.

Kind of a classic Rich Guy sort of look. Yacht Chic, but more formal. It looks great on him.
Draya Michele
Oof. Don’t like the shape, proportions, neckline or hemline here. Sorry, girl.
Jay-Z
Kinda love it. The suit’s a little standard but the Basquiat hair looks great.
Jonathan Majors
We don’t like typing “sigh,” but trust: We’re sighing now. In resignation. We just don’t get his style choices, which always look like he tried something, but it wound up looking ill-matched or awkward in some way. Those boots clearly don’t work with those pants and a three-button jacket does an amazing job of obscuring what his body actually looks like. Won’t someone help this hot and rising actor?
Karrueche Tran in Lionne
This isn’t our fave style in the world but we honestly think all of it looks pretty great except for that oddly over-sized sleeve.
Kelly Rowland in Marcell von Berlin
Man, we hate to say it, but it looks Beyoncé cosplay.
Lil Rel Howery
This is a great casual-dressy look. Love the color and cut of that jacket for him.
Logan Browning in Carolina Herrera
She looks adorable AND she looks like she has tissues all over her dress. Both things can be true at once.
Taraji P. Henson
Miss Taraji clearly didn’t feel like dressing lowkey tonight. It sort of looks like a tribute to Madonna, Michael and Janet all at the same time. The hat looks too big for the ensemble but we love the shoes.
Teyana Taylor in Pyer Moss
This is ridiculously cute. It’s like “’90s sitcom child star” chic.
