This is such an adorably unsettling tribute.
The Halloween Kills premiere was a strictly “come in costume” affair, as befits a Halloween-themed red carpet. All the credit in the world goes to her because this is such a fantastic flex. She blew everyone else out of the water with this one, serving to remind everyone that not only is she the ultimate reigning Queen Above All Other Scream Queens (the 2018 Halloween reboot set box office records for a horror film and for any film with an over-55 female lead), but that she is the daughter of royalty herself, here to pay tribute to the Dowager Queen of Screams.
