Kristen Stewart made the rounds at the Venice Film Festival in a gorgeous little Chanel romper in advance of the premiere of her Princess Diana biopic Spencer. We thought this would be a good time to show that a lot of the disembarking ensembles that you see have to make their way through a gauntlet of press events and photo opportunities. It’s never “just” about getting off the boat.

She hasn’t looked this light and playful in front of the press in a good while. Whether earned or not, it speaks of a lot of confidence regarding her work in this film and how she thinks it’s going to be received. She’s giving off a pre-buzz glow. As for the romper, we think she looks amazing in it, but we think it’s one of those designs that only she can work. There’s a reason Karl Lagerfeld made her his final muse. Whenever you take the Chanel aesthetic and do something goofy with it, she’s always the gal who can make it look amazing.
