When Lorenzo asked Tom what order he would like all of today’s posts to go, the answer came quickly. “Oh, do Dunst and Cumberbatch first. We haven’t covered either of them in… wait. That can’t be right.” Which prompted a search through our archives and it turns out we haven’t talked about B Cum’s fashion choices or featured Kiki solo since October 2019 (as of yesterday, when we lauded her disembarking look). Not to be weird, but when you do this sort of thing for a living, that strikes you as a major void in your work life. It’s so weird to us when we think about it. There’s a whole legion of major stars who just disappeared from our coverage for two years.
Anyway, here they are, folks; looking minimalist chic:

There’s not much to unpack here, which is not a complaint. Photo calls are casual affairs and Venice in August calls for a little bit of low-fuss chic. We like both their suits and love her shoes. His shoes are tragic and we think someone had a very heavy hand with the bronzer application. Still, welcome back to our loving judgment, you guys!
