We’ve always been pretty underwhelmed by Jessica Chastain’s promo style, but it seems like the buzz surrounding The Eyes of Tammy Faye has not only inspired her to step up her style game, but to be a little more flamboyant about it. As we’ve noted plenty a time before, when they’ve got both a walking-in and a walking-out ensemble for their talk show appearance, a star is riding that spotlight high for all its worth.
DAVID KOMA
Does this look great on her? No. Do we love it anyway? Also no, but we do kinda respect it. Her hair looks gorgeous and we love the color and the shoe choice. We don’t think we’d be all that on board with such a tight jumpsuit on anyone outside of a period film about aerobics instructors in the ’80s, but it does take some nerve to saunter down the street in one.
ALEX PERRY
This is gorgeous, though. The fullness of the pants is a bit of a surprise (possibly because of the contrast with the previous outfit), but the more we look at it, the more we like the shape and proportions. Her head styling is gorgeous.
