Yahya Abdul-Mateen was not going to let some silly ol’ Delta variant keep him from modeling some finery at home. And frankly, we can’t blame him. If Prada sent this coat over to us:

You better believe we’d be on our socials modeling the hell out of it. That’s a hint for any Prada reps reading us.

Sure, it’s August and in this hemisphere that means things like pea coats and sweaters are something you stroke wistfully as they hang in your closet while you wait for the scent of pumpkin spice to fill the air and the leaves to start falling (if only on all the commercials and magazine covers).  But again, we see no reason why a man can’t strut a little in his backyward when he’s got some killer merch and a movie opening. We thank Yahya for these fashion blessings.

Two more things of note: First, it’s notable just how different the sweater looks when it’s filtered through three different video platforms (Zoom->HD television->YouTube).

 

 

 

Second: This man is FOINE.
