Darlings, we can hardly believe it ourselves, but despite the relative lack of celebrity style that characterizes most Augusts, we find ourselves with a smattering of looks that might be worth a brief look. Let’s judge quickly and efficiently, shall we?

Just hanging out in the foyer in a ballgown, as one does. We’d love the gown if it had been lined.
AnnaSophia Robb in YanYan
This is inexplicably adorable, but this looks exactly like the cover to a knitting pattern book in 1972.
Colman Domingo in Zegna
It’s really more of a testament to his hotness that he’s making this look as good as it does. We think the shirt is chic, but the bottom half of the look is not elevating it.
Dua Lipa in Charlotte Knowles
It’s purely an “I’m on vacation and looking to paaaaaaarrrrrrttttttyyyyyyy” kind of look, which… go on, girl. Have that fun.
Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union (in Prabal Gurung)
Love it all, from her shoulder puff to his kicks.

This is really gorgeous, though. She looks amazing in that dress and he is winning the argument for summer suits with shorts. It may not be a look for everyone, but it’s definitely the look for him.
Heidi Klum in Moschino
This is kind of pleasingly high-fashion while still being very Heidi. Only she could pull off those pants.
Heidi Klum in Jenny Packham
This, on the other hand, is about as classic a Heidi look as you’ll see. She could’ve worn this to the Project Runway season one premiere party in 2005, for all we know. But there’s no denying she can still make it work.
Hugh Jackman
So dull.
Katheryn Winnick in Emilia Wickstead
Simple, classic and inarguable. She looks fantastic. Love the sandals.
Laura Dern
It’s not our favorite style of dress for her (we think she’s better off in sleeker, more structured styles), but she looks cute. We go back and forth on the shoes, from loving them to hating them.
Laura Harrier in Proenza Schouler
Pure fabulous. High summer chic.
Mindy Kaling in ÖFUURË
We can’t quite explain why we love this except that she looks so happy in it. This has a high difficulty setting, but it happens to really suit her.
