It seems like every major ladystar couldn’t wait to get their hands on some Schiaparelli merch when red carpets returned. We’re loving the brand renaissance, largely because the over-the-top aesthetic and eye-pulling details tend to make them perfectly discussable pieces, which is exactly what you want for a red carpet appearance. After all, to a celebrity, the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about.
We adore this. It’s sharp, it’s exuberant, it’s chic. The lapel graphic is witty, the buttons are eye-catching, and we even like the giant “Carrie Bradshaw circa 1999” fabric flower. The thing with Schaparelli is, you either buy into the details or you don’t. You either think eyeball buttons are interesting and witty or you think they’re weird and distracting. So you tell us:
