Queen Helen of the sovereign nation of Fuckinfantastica is back on her game. We kinda love that her glorious return to promotional work isn’t for some prestige awards-bait drama but the biggest, loudest movie of the summer. We also kinda love her choices here but that probably should be expected.

Big, roomy silhouettes are in (see the look book shot below), but you won’t find Queen Helen in one. Adding a belt completely changes the feel of the dress. It helps that the high waist happens to hit right at her waist. The dress is fantastic, but that gorgeously focus-pulling belt really makes the whole look. Those shoes look painful to wear but they really go with the somewhat aggressive take on the styling here. With the headband and the rather large jewelry pieces that match the belt, there’s a lot going on but it all comes together fantastically. This isn’t a film for quiet elegance. It’s time to dress for attention and this is how it’s done Queen Helen-style.

Again, her stylist Lee Harris has taken a somewhat plain and even common garment – in this case, the pink pantsuit, which could almost be considered something of a mature lady style cliche – and gave it a completely different feel by pairing it with a brilliant green cami and those same sharp if uncomfortable-looking shoes. Strong styling makes the look Love the jewelry; not sure if the headband works with this one.
