All in all, 2020 turned out to be a pretty great year for us. Yeah, there was ALL THAT OTHER STUFF that made it a bit of a slog, but in October, Marisa Berenson posted a story on her Instagram because she thrilled to read our appreciation of her modeling career. And for these two queens, that’s got to count as a major win.
The legend returned to the red carpet for the Cabourg Film Festival, where she served on the jury and was awarded an honorary Swann d’or. To no one’s surprise, she utterly slayed.
What a fabulously chic and elegant look, exactly in that haute boho style she looks so good in. We can’t tell if she’s wearing the robe from the runway inside out (see the picture below) or if this is custom garment based on the runway look. Either way, the choice of this textile was a spectacular one. It looks great with her coloring and plays well with the kind of chunky, earthy jewelry she likes. What looks to be a relatively simple black gown with sheer elements is generically neutral enough not to fight with the robe but dressy enough to give it a sense of formality. Just a fabulously well-styled look perfectly suited to the woman.
