Do we know why Miss Cynthia is all dressed up with nowhere to go? No. Do we care? Also no. We will never be the types to look a gift serve in the mouth (so to speak), so if Cynthia wants to WERQ, who are we to question such a thing?

To no one’s surprise, it is a lot. The design is sort of interesting, but there are elements that intrigue because of their incongruity and there are elements that are just plain weird and unworkable. The panels hanging off the shoulder and waist? Interesting. That truss sort of thing around the waist? The trip hazards hanging off the hem? Weird. Unworkable. We appreciate the deployment of MEGA-platforms, but they only appear to make the dress all the more dangerous to wear. Still, it’s not like she’s going anywhere. We doubt even she would attempt to make this work on a red carpet.
