Miss Gabrielle Union had herself a week. Around here, that means she wore more than one really fabulous look in a seven-day period. We make no claims about what she may have worn the five other days, but these two looks really stood out to us.

PRADA
It’s all very Prada in the sense that the pieces feel a bit random if not downright clashy. Part of the reason this is working for us, even though we’re inclined to dislike turtlenecks and think the show design is a little goofy, is because of the restrained drama of that skirt and part of it comes down to her natural ability to pose and werq.
INTERIOR
This, on the other hand, is just pure spectacular. It’s obviously an odd design that many would find impossible to pull off, but again, she knows how to make it werq. Just look at the difference between her pose here and the model’s in the look book. Who’s really selling this garment? That ruffle fringe would not be counted among our favorite elements in the world, but part of what makes this so appealing is the unusual color story and how amazing it looks on her.
